Neil Oliver travels throughout Britain on a journey of discovery and reveals how science is solving many ancient mysteries.

The DVD traces the development of Britain from a glacial wasteland through to the Stone Age and the Bronze Age. It follows farming and trade and the establishment of homes and hamlets onto a spiritual life, including the establishment of Stonehenge.
